I maybe should not start posting here with a criticism, but with "University" in the blog name one would expect a certain standard. "C14 fossil dating" is one of the most common creationist blunders - but one that we should not have to see these days. Are creationists unable to learn even the most basic of facts? My experience leads me to say NO - they are not comfortable with facts.

Snoppen, you're uninvited from this thread. You can start another discussion here in the forum and post a dissenting view there and provide a link to that thread according to the forum rules.

Snoppen is invited to argue his side of the case in a separate thread according to forum rules, however I went ahead and started my own discussions.
and
Please do this for every topic point in the Opening Post since this is deep. Provide links to threads that elaborate pro or con, OK? Otherwise this discussion will have 40,000 replies!
As a note, I intend to edit the OP to hyperlink to discussions, so no need to jump the gun. They will appear in due time.
To understand why I'm structuring the discussion a certain way and why we have the forum rules, see

I am not certain I get what is suggested I should do but I have opened a thread at
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=27commenting on the subject of C14 dating wrt fossils.
What caught my eye was the wording, suggesting that the C14 method was used to date fossils, but the argument actually seems to be about C14 found in fossils. I don't know about that but I believe science has answered those arguments. I don't intend to pursue the matter further.

Snoppen,
Thank you for your comments and visiting. I'm doing two things to help you give your claims a fair hearing for any one wanting to read what you have to say.
1. I moved your original thread from the "Any Topic Under The Sun" forum to the "Creation Science" forum.
2. I'm providing a hyperlink to your discussion or equivalently
As per forum rules you set the rules for threads you start. Since you've been uninvited to post to this thread, you can no longer participate in the discussion here. However, that does not preclude you from starting your own discussions and running them in a way you see appropriate in any forum here. If you are invited by authors to participate in other discussions, then you can participate in those. An example of such a discussion is:
you are welcome to post and participate there.
Thank you again for your contributions.
PS
for the reader's benefit there is the URL icon in the editor window that helps make hyperlinks.
See:
example.
