I found this rather interesting documentary both fascinating and interesting because I do research and practice putting ecosystems within the plant community back together by replicating many things observed out in Nature. A big part of that are root system infrastructure and the concepts mentioned here within the frame work of Intelligent Design which were mentioned several times was intriguing. This isn't exactly a subject I have brought up in the past, but what these people discovered is very real and I have never failed the last couple of decades putting certain concepts to practice. I have for over three decades been at odds with the way the US Forest Service uses conventional science-based techniques which fight against Nature as opposed to working with it. Indeed, if the Darwinian Evolutionary concepts actually are viable, then I have always wondered why they do not work in practice.
